So you wanna be a Material Girl? Here’s your chance.
Madonna and her daughter Lola Leon will be searching the U.S. for the Material Girl models next month. A celebrity-driven panel of judges, led by Kelly Osbourne, will scour the country for the next Material Girls to model in the Spring 2012 ad campaign.

Remember the first model for the youth-centric line was none other than Gossip Girl star turned punk rocker Taylor Momsen. So you have some pretty high platforms to fill. Not to mention shredded black stockings.

Casting calls will be held at five of Macy’s flagship locations in the U.S., launching Wednesday, (Nov. 2) at Macy’s Herald Square in New York, then going to Miami, Chicago, San Francisco and Los Angeles and will end on Nov 21 for online voting

The ten finalists with the highest votes (OMG, this is so Dressing With the Stars) will be flown to New York City to be judged by Madonna and Lola. Oh, and please remember that Madonna definitely does not like hydrangeas. For a reminder -- and more tips about developing the required je ne sais quoi to win this contest -- watch this video.
The chosen “Lucky Stars” (see how cleverly they're working in Madonna's classic '80s songs?) winners’ ads will appear in glossy fashion magazines, a digital and outdoor campaign and in-store Macy’s marketing. Plus there's $5,000 cash prize. No word on a discount on clothes though.
